What started as just a hobby, with just a handful of cows, has gone from strength to strength and now boasts a menagerie of animals including rare breed saddleback, oxford sandy and black pigs.
All of our products are hand made in-house in our purpose-built butchery and commercial kitchen, which guarantees that every products is as fresh as possible – straight from farm to the fork!
